Tenon® Masonry Veneer Joint Grout
Tenon® Masonry Veneer Joint Grout is blend of dry, cementitious materials, performance admixtures, and dried sand that is specifically designed to fill or tuck-point the joints between artificial stone, brick, masonry, and natural stone in veneer systems. It is preblended with air-entrainment admixtures to resist freeze-thaw conditions, while increasing flow and durability. Masonry Veneer Joint Grout creates a high-performance professional grout, formulated for clean installation and flow properties to eliminate clogging when using a grout bag. Available in: Natural Gray (BOM #120463); White (BOM #120464); Tan (BOM #120465); and Brown (BOM #120466) in 50 lb. bags.
Tenon® Thermaseal® Geothermal Grout
Tenon® Thermaseal® Geothermal Grout is a thermally conductive cementitious grout engineered for application of vertical and horizontal ground source heat pumps and geothermal well fields. It is non-toxic and non-shrink with a high solids content and a low-permeability factor, making this product ideal for ground source heat loops and safe for contact with potable ground water. It has a blend of thermally conductive sand with Portland cement for a range of thermal conductivities depending on design requirements. Thermaseal Geothermal Grout also offers low-absorption with a rigid seal to prevent integration of aquifers and is made in multiple versions, MN Mix (BOM #121014), 0.75 HF (high-flow) (BOM #129569), .75 HF Low Perm (BOM #129711), and 1.1 HF 50 lb. and 3000 lb. bags (BOM #113254 and #114277).

Tenon® Masonry Veneer Mortar PM
Tenon® Masonry Veneer Mortar PM (Polymer-Modified) (BOM #120461) is a high-performance, multi-purpose, polymer-modified mortar, used for both traditional thick bed scratch and base coats and as the bonding mortar for installing real or manufactured masonry veneer units. A blend of cementitious materials, oven-dried sand, and special performance admixtures creates both a mechanical and chemical bond to the substrate, significantly outperforming standard Type S and N mortars. Can also be used for grouting yet it is excellent for applications such as dry stack where mortar joints are not used. Meets the requirements of ASTM C1714 Standard Specification for Preblended Dry Mortar Mix for Unit Masonry; ASTM C270 Standard Specification for Mortar for Unit Masonry; ANSI 118.4 Standard Specifications for Modified Dry-Set Cement Mortar; and ACI 530 Shear Bond Standards.
Importance of Low-Dust Additive
Using a Low-Dust Additive with mortar or grout is important because the dust created when working with sand and cement blended powders can be harmful to the health of anyone breathing this dust. The longer the exposure, the greater the possibility of health issues such as silicosis. Preventative steps can be taken by using the […]
