The TCC Group Companies^® is pleased to announce that it has acquired the VERSA-LOK^® Family of companies. Established in 1987, the VERSA-LOK^® companies includes VERSA-LOK Retaining Wall Systems and Willow Creek Concrete Products. Subsequentially, the business operations of Patio Town and Villa Landscapes have been acquired by Rock Hard Landscape Supply. Amcon Concrete Products^®, a TCC Materials Company, will operate the manufacturing facilities of Willow Creek Concrete Products located in Faribault, MN and Kimball, MN as well as sales functions of the former VERSA- LOK Midwest. Product offerings include six residential SRW systems, nine commercial SRW systems, along with Brute and Bronco Big Block retaining wall systems.

TCC Materials^® will become the licensor of VERSA-LOK Retaining Wall Systems and manage the national licensee group, including providing geogrid, pins, fabrics, accessories, mold parts, marketing, and promotional activities. The National Sales team will promote our VERSA-LOK brand, Brute and Bronco Big Block retaining wall systems along with Tenon_^® – our concrete chemicals, powders, repair, and restoration brand.
